What We Do
From emergency repairs to planned installations – we keep your machines running!
Service & Repair
When your machine goes down, we get it back up. Our technicians diagnose and repair complex issues across electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and control systems. From programming glitches to mysterious intermittent problems (gremlins?)- we solve what’s keeping you from production.
Installations
Professional installation and setup for new and used machines. We ensure your equipment is properly leveled, calibrated, and ready for production – plus we train your operators so you’re running parts from day one.
Preventive Maintenance
Smart maintenance that prevents the 3 AM emergency calls. Our scheduled programs are built around each machine’s critical wear points and your production needs – keeping you running instead of repairing.
Ballbar Analysis
High-precision diagnostic testing that measures the accuracy and performance of CNC machine tool movements. Using a Renishaw ballbar system, we identify geometric errors, backlash, squareness issues, and servo mismatches—often before they cause scrap or downtime. This data-driven approach enables corrective action that restores optimal machine accuracy.
Inspections & Evaluations
Protect your investment with independent machine inspections. Our unbiased evaluations uncover hidden issues and verify actual condition with comprehensive reports and photos – giving you confidence to buy or pass.
Why Choose Us
No “swap-tronics” here, just real diagnosis, multi-brand expertise, & personal service you can count on.
True Multi-Brand Service
From Fanuc to Fadal, Haas to Hurco — we service most makes and models, including mills, lathes, 5-axis, grinders, and more. Whether your machine is legacy, unsupported, or fresh off the line, we bring the tools and know-how to keep it running. No brand bias. Just results.
Expert Troubleshooters
Our technicians bring decades of real-world experience actually diagnosing problems, not just swapping parts. We’ve seen it all – from common issues to “gremlins”.
Personal Service & Accountability
When you call, you get us – not a call center. You reach the people who will actually work on your machines, and we build lasting relationships because your success is our reputation.
